Returns Policy

 

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a return policy for UK and International customers. Please review the terms and conditions below to ensure a smooth returns process.

 

UK Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Certain items, such as personalised or final sale items may not be eligible for return, as well as the return of earrings, which we cannot accept due to health and hygiene regulations.

Please check product descriptions before purchasing. 

Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Contact our support team at info@entityuk.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return authorisation number and further instructions.

Secure package for item(s) in the original packaging. Clearly label the package with the return authorisation number. Ship the package via a trackable shipping method to the return address provided by our team. 

Once we receive the return item(s), our team will inspect the condition. If approved, we will issue a refund or store credit (as per your preference) within 5 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding any shipping fees.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, including return shipping costs. 

We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs for all returns.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which allows customers to return faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund.

International Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases of defective or incorrect items received. Customs duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If applicable, international customers should mark the package as "Returned goods" to avoid additional customs fees.

Due to international shipping constraints, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, customers can return the item for a refund and place a new order.
